Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining involves the digital automation of machine tools for the manufacturing of high-precision, end-to-end components. CPG Aerospace uses sophisticated computer programs to automatically execute a series of machining operations in order to make highly detailed components from large complex parts to small, intricate products that our customers require. 

We have several three-axis and five-axis machines and specialize in products made from non-metallic, mechanical plastics and other rigid composites. Our range of products includes fillers, guides, fairleads, spacers, grommets, washers, blocks and rings. We use top quality materials in our manufacturing processes including nylon, PTFE (Teflon®), acetal (Delrin®), PEEK, UHMW / HDPE (Polyethylene), polyimide (Meldin®, Vespel®), phenolic and acrylic.
